ABOUT THE PEOPLE ACADEMY, INC.

The Founders

The PEOPLE Academy founders realized that, based on their 60 years of direct client engagement, there was a missing piece in both business and life coaching that would connect people.

The PEOPLE Academy, Inc. was created to impact the coaching process with frameworks, diagnostics, tools and materials that allow the coach to coach deeper, in more meaningful ways, and to do so simply and cost effectively.

Toni Reece, US and Principal Owner

Prior to forming The PEOPLE Academy’s predecessor, BaySix Training, Inc., in 1995, Toni spent over 15 years in the Quality Assurance industry including Manager of Customer Quality for an international battery manufacturer where she brought 5 manufacturing sites, 33 service centers, and corporate headquarters into ISO compliance in just 2 years. She was able to do this through her extraordinary talent of employee engagement.

In addition to her insightful coaching skills (or perhaps because of them), Toni has developed and implemented a wide variety of people centered engagements that have improved the lives of individual and their collective organizations.
