Our own clients come in two basic flavors; the individual and the organization. Our organizational clients tend to be small to medium sized seeking the next level of success (sometimes by simply fine-tuning that tiny little thing over there). We’re comfortable in manufacturing, services, education and non profits.
We work with individuals inside organizations, of course, but extend beyond the workplace to help people balance work with the rest of their life. And the leadership stuff we do with today’s youth is simply awesome.
We design sustainability into all we do. We build internal competencies so that you have more control reacting more quickly to whatever your world looks like going headfirst into tomorrow (and it certainly isn’t going to look at all like today).

Toni Reece has been a personal and business development Coach for twenty years and started her first company BaySix Training, Inc. in 1995. In addition to being the first trained practitioner in the United States for the international people-development model, Investors in People, her previous coaching experience includes; Manager of Customer Quality and Director of Continuous Quality Improvement using the skills of coaching to facilitate success in all aspects of customer quality for a Fortune 1000 company. Toni has also worked with the state of Pennsylvania implementing The P.E.O.P.L.E. Model coaching framework as a premier engagement tool during the states’ workforce development pilot. Toni uses her coaching skills and workflow process skills in concert with a highly passionate ability to work with people at all stages of work and life.
Toni is the co-author of the book Let the Leaders Steer and the PEOPLE Drive as well as author of the Wake Up P.E.O.P.L.E. She is also the founder of the Get Inspired Project - www.getinspiredproject.com and co-founder of The Coaches Concierge - www.thecoachesconcierge.com. She remains passionate and enthusiastic about facilitating the power of the individual.
